FamCard is available to teenagers who are 20 and below.

For teens below the age of 18:
- They must have completed their own KYC
- They must have their parent's permission (consent) to use FamPay

You can order the card in 4 simple steps:

- Click on "Order Card" on the card screen
- Personalise your card with your details
- Fill in your delivery address
- Pay for the card and place your order

Yes, you can order the FamCard for your kid but not through your app. We would need your teen to be onboard with us. Invite your teen on the app, help them in setting up the profile and completing their KYC and that's it. You can order the FamCard for your teen from their account. 

I am a parent. Can I order the FamCard for my teen? 

You will be able to track your FamCard on the card screen. Just click on "Track order" and you can watch your FamCard until it reaches your doorstep. 

Once my card order is placed, how can I track my order?

Once you place the card order, it will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days. 

How long does it take for the card to get delivered?

The physical FamCard Me is originally priced at Rs.399*, whereas the FamCard is originally priced at Rs. 199*
The virtual FamCard is free for everyone.
